Overall the service is fine it just takes several weeks to get an appointment. This time it took 5 weeks and when I complained to the GM she got me bumped up to 3 weeks but again VW has to do better! I doubt I'll buy another VW because service is a struggle. Communication is still not working. They send you a text and say "track my car" but then nothing changes, I call to check on it and its ready.

It took 45 days to be seen. I’ve since gotten my car back and there is a strong smell of gas. I’ve called every day and nobody has returned my call yet.

The service visit itself was ok but then some issues came up that remain unsolved. First I had a front license bracket installed and now have to take it back to the dealership to install the actual license on the bracket, what a mess, then a few days later the check engine light comes on and when i took it back to the dealer the remedy is to come back 8 May for them to take a look?:?: Again what a mess, and that seems to be the norm here, far distant appointments and no immediate follow on with problems that arise due to the previous visit.
