    The only good thing about my experience was that I was given a loaner after my car was damaged further and kept for an extra week. I left multiple messages and tried calling many times but could never reach anyone in service.

    Freda found in 24 hours the appt to fix the oil leak and was resolved . Great experience and efficiency.

    There was a very long line in the service department. There were employees, but only one was working with the customers. I didn't have an appointment, but a flat tire, so I expected to wait. The other customers did, though. Finally a person from another department came and started helping us. There was no where to sit and wait while we were waiting for someone to get our information, so we just stood there in a line. Maybe a sign-in sheet or something would help when you are short staffed.

    My VW atlas has the brakes that are still screaming and squealing I did not get a phone call about the oil panel but that situation worked out.

    The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the delay in getting an appointment. It was 4 weeks to get the appointment.
