Drop' d my Atlas Cross over on Saturday morning for an 8am 10K service. Found out I had both passenger tires with nail's/screws in them (one had two nails to close to the edge). Tech submitted for warranty after confirming I had hazard warranty for these tires. None were in stock so a wait till Monday to get them. Fast forward, not ready till Tuesday, warranty done, 10k service completed on Saturday. Ultimately, my neighbor dropped me off at the dealer to pick the car up. So in all - great service, new tires and car was washed.

Customer service was excellent. Very nice employees. However, the website to track the status does not work at all. Even after you’ve left the lot with your car, it still shows your car is waiting to be worked on.
