I appreciate the workers, and it was HOT that day, but I was not very pleased with the service. I was told at 1:00 to come by in about an hour to pick up my car because they were going to wash it. I came by at 3:30 (2.5 hours later) and they could not find my car. When they did find it, it had not been washed at all. I did not expect a wash, but don't tell me you are going to do it in an hour and then not do it at all. I left and the "Oil Service" code was still on. I had to turn around and come back to get that turned off. Then they left the cord unplugged by the brake pedal. I guess they hook something up there to turn the "Oil Service" light off. I figured out where it went, but it was just sloppy work. Again, it was extremely hot and everyone was very nice to me, but I was surprised at the sloppiness of the work itself.

I chose this rating because of the exceptional and convenienct service I received with my tire issue this week. My entire service team was fantastic. I was able to bring my vehicle in the same day and even was able to get my recall fixed. Thank to all of the technicians that help our vehicles run smoothly on the road. I love being a VW owner!

I see route assistance not available it didn’t show up till after recall was fixed I don’t have maps USA it’s not mentioned in the owners manual?
