    I scheduled service once I received recall notices specific to my ID4 in January. The next available appointment was a month later. A work day before I was notified I was rescheduled until May. When I dropped my car off, I was promised a call after lunch communicating progress. I did not receive a call that day. I called the next morning and understood the software had not been loaded. It was by COB. But when I went to pick up the car, I was told for the first time the door handles were not replaced and now would need to wait until new parts were available, with no response to my timeliness inquiry.

    I brought my car in for an oil/filter change, tire rotation, and spark plug change. In the 1st week of having it back, I noticed a lugnut missing, which was no big deal and the service center installed one when I brought it back -- no issue. During the 2nd week of having my car back, my low oil light came on. I checked the oil when I made it home and not only was it at the bottom of the acceptable range (about 1 quart low), but the oil was very dark, indicating it had not been changed recently, or at least in my oil changing experience, oil should be nearly clear when it's fresh, not black. To date, I'm not confident the $640 of services was actually completed on my car. Furthermore, I brought my wife's 2024 car in for the 30k routine maintenance a few weeks before, at a cost of around $900, and I am not even convinced all services were performed on it given the apparent failure to complete them on my car. Additionally, I have to patch a tire on my wife's car which I thought would have been inspected during the tire rotation. But in all fairness these tire checks were standard in Arkansas, so maybe it's a state thing... not sure.

    Rattling sounds continue from under vehicle. Squeaking and rattling. Claims there is no problem. I feel unsafe . Same noises have been heard by passengers in vehicle. Also have to return for part to be put on abs. Really should give lower rating.
