The people! Freda and a Dawn our out of this world. They always offer food and beverages and shuttle service. When I hang out they keep me updated on what the process is and how much longer my wait time might be. Great people I can’t say enough

I appreciate the workers, and it was HOT that day, but I was not very pleased with the service. I was told at 1:00 to come by in about an hour to pick up my car because they were going to wash it. I came by at 3:30 (2.5 hours later) and they could not find my car. When they did find it, it had not been washed at all. I did not expect a wash, but don't tell me you are going to do it in an hour and then not do it at all. I left and the "Oil Service" code was still on. I had to turn around and come back to get that turned off. Then they left the cord unplugged by the brake pedal. I guess they hook something up there to turn the "Oil Service" light off. I figured out where it went, but it was just sloppy work. Again, it was extremely hot and everyone was very nice to me, but I was surprised at the sloppiness of the work itself.
