I had a great experience in the dealership with everyone involved in my purchase but my bank has been trying to reach the dealership for a week and cannot get the finance manager to call her back. She mailed a check for the wrong amount and needs to correct this oversight and cannot get anyone at the dealership to help make this happen. It has been very frustrating.

Arrived at 2pm for a 2.30 appointment for an oil change that took 3 weeks to book. Not sure why there's a 3 week waiting to get an oil change. Then, the car was not ready until 4.55pm. Almost a 3 hour wait.

I had come in for an oil change and inspection. When Freda came in, she said the rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. They provided an Uber ride home for me and when it was completed one of the employees came to my home to bring me to the dealership for my car. Everyone involved provided excellent service.
