    The service dept did not get my car corrected. Too much oil. Oil too low. Low tire pressure. I have more alerts blinking now than I did when I took it in. Disappointed. I had high expectations that were not reached. When I dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled appointment time, there was 2 1/2 hours wait. I figure what was the point of having an appointment at 10:30 if I can’t be serviced until 1:00! Very frustrating day.

    Had an appointment for a 20k service at 10am. At 12pm, I asked the service advisor for a status. The service on my vehicle was completed and had been waiting for an undetermined amount of time. For a dealership that doesn’t offer loaner vehicles, this is unacceptable.

    I would have given Gerald Jones Five Stars except for the fact that the car was in for the same issue twice before finally being fixed on the third time in for service. It isn’t really Gerald Jones fault. Volkswagen needs to recall Tiguans for the ignition switch issue. The same issue with Jettas. See below.

    Everything was done swiftly and effectively everyone was nice a polite will be back soon but the app was off it never told me my car was done Bradley came to get me ,unless it was finished ahead of time that’s great too but I appreciate you all
