Ms. Frieda was excellent! She assisted me quickly and answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. Waiting room was clean and smelled nice. Coffee was flowing because I had maybe 5 cups(it's hard for me to get going some days) ans was very tasty. Thanks again and please tell Ms. Frieda I said thank you!! Will see yall next time!

Had difficulty getting response from service via phone or text for awhile, my husband had to physically come in to make an appointment, not sure what the issue was, but once appointment was made all ran smoothly. Hope you get your key drop off box fixed so keys don’t get back up in the sleeve.

Ben and Vickie were amazing. The level of service provided was superb. While I did not come to purchase a car, Ben’s knowledge and ability to give me the full comparison of my 2019 to the 2025 assisted me in making the purchase. I was shown top of the line vehicles without prejudice. Ben was patient. Although I cannot remember the finance manager’s name at the moment, he was a delight to work with and explained the financials to me even when I had double questions. Overall, I didn’t leave feeling like a number, I left feeling like family.
